Description

Beavr's mission is to accelerate companies' transition to more sustainable models . We are a SaaS platform that allows companies to create and maintain their sustainability management system. We help them meet the increasing demands they have to face on their sustainability topics. At Beavr, we fight for social and environmental sustainability by building the leading CSR compliance platform to help companies navigate the road towards a brighter and sustainable future. We are onboarding several customers every week and targeting to impact 50,000 companies in their CSR compliance journey by 2030, and we are backed by the best SaaS VCs in the world. Join us to work in an ambitious team while building a product that helps companies improve their environmental and social impact . Team We are looking to expand our team to support our rapid growth. Our headquarters is in Paris and we also have an office in Marseille, with a global and diverse team of about 30 tech, product, growth, and sales experts. We pride ourselves on being a small, committed team of highly autonomous individuals. We value excellence, hard work, and autonomy. Beavr is looking for a talented CSRD onboarding specialist who will ensure a seamless start to client relationships, focusing on complex needs like CSRD and Double Materiality Assessment. We currently have 10 members on the Customer Success team, led by Rachel Herlihy , comprising both Sustainability Experts and Customer Success Managers, including juniors and seniors, as well as men and women. We allow occasional remote work; however, the team is recruiting in Paris. Therefore, it is important for the person to be located in the Île-de-France region. Role As a CSRD onboarding specialist, you play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients get off to a good start in their CSRD journey. Based on the methodology defined by Beavr, you will accompany them through the steps of the Double Materiality Assessment and help navigate through the methodology’s complexity. Your work is crucial, as helping them meet success in the very first steps of their work with Beavr. Your responsibilities include: To ensure client’s full compliance with CSRD requirements. To prepare the ground for the reporting part of CSRD that will be done through our software platform. To build lasting relationships with these clients. At Beavr, we pride ourselves in empowering our clients instead of doing in their place and try to move away from traditional consulting schemes - for that reason, your role will be at the intersection of project management and coaching, rather than a consulting role. Primary objectives Your primary objective will be to coordinate CSRD Double Materiality Project Management for our clients. In more details, this includes: Coordinating project management Framing DMA projects hand in hand with clients based on their specificities/context. Guiding and supporting clients through the DMA steps based on the methodology defined by Beavr. Supervising project management to ensure timely delivery. Providing support on potential issues, answering customer requests, and providing guidance and tips on double materiality. Managing a portfolio of clients/relationships with those clients: maintaining regular contact with all customers. Tracking and managing customer satisfaction. At the end of the DMA process, ensuring readiness for platform onboarding. Improving the CSRD onboarding methodology and processes Building and improving the CSRD onboarding playbook. Streamlining and automating the processes whenever possible (automated communication, etc.). Building and maintaining assets, tools, guides, FAQs, or other types of resources to drive client autonomy and overall efficiency. Secondary objectives Conduct project management on other topics for Tier 1 clients willing to implement complex ESG strategies (e.g., deployment of multiple frameworks at once, requiring advanced project management). Serve customers from different markets (English required). Work hand in hand with product to facilitate the integration and visualization of the DMA work in the Beavr platform. Contribute to building and distributing sustainability expertise in the Beavr team, especially around CSRD and Double Materiality. Qualifications You know the DMA methodology in and out. You have already implemented the DMA process in your previous company or for clients (if you were in consulting). You can talk extensively about the mistakes and pitfalls to avoid, as well as the tips to follow. You are a project management mogul. You organize client work in a structured and rigorous way, and you can manage a great number of accounts/projects simultaneously. You are autonomous and accountable in the way you work. You don’t need somebody to supervise your work and drive topics with confidence and ownership. You have a “hacker” and “builder” mindset. You constantly strive to refine and improve your methods, processes, and tools to be more efficient and maximize outputs with the minimum level of effort. You have great relationship management and communication/presentation skills, and you deeply care about your customers having the best experience possible. You’re not afraid to pick up your phone to see how your clients are doing. You are a sustainability geek. Staying up to date on the most recent CSRD and DMA developments is something you enjoy doing. Fluency in French, as this role involves working with our French clients. Fluency in English, as the working language at Beavr is English (Slack, internal meetings). Bonus You have an academic background in sustainability. You have significant environmental expertise (GHG management, LCAs, etc.) from a previous work experience. You have worked at EFRAG.
