Senior Embedded Software Engineer Pacy-sur-Eure, France CDI, Permanent position Salary: €75000 (Negotiable) 2 days home working per week 5VTech has recently started supporting a multinational organisation that specializes in the field of energy management and automation. This company are looking for a Senior embedded software engineer with strong experience in industrial protocols to join their team in Pacy-sur-Eure. In this role you will be joining a team that focuses on the development of variable speed drives for industrial rotating motors (Mechanics, electronics, firmware, software, verification and validation). Your main task in the firmware team is to participate in the development and maintenance of the embedded software for the range of variable speed drives, with a particular focus on the communication and field bus software bricks and their protocols. Some of your other responsibilities include: - Lead the definition and the integration of new protocols - Evolution of software architecture and new components Key skills required: - Master of Embedded software development using C - Strong experience with Ethernet based protocols: TCP/IP, UDP, etc - Knowledge of low level protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, Modbus, CAN etc - Experience with embedded software architecture’s on microcontrollers: ARM Cortex etc - Strong experience with RTOS If you feel that you have the right experience for this position, apply to the position or reach out to me directly for a confidential conversation. 5V Tech are acting as an Employment Agency for the purposes of this job vacancy.
