Product Strategy Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience in FinTech and/or direct merchant experience with payment solutions. This role reports to the Chief Product Officer and works closely with the local Country Manager. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis : Conduct in-depth research on trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Italian market. Merchant Engagement : Engage with local merchants to understand their needs, pain points, and expectations. Cross-Location Collaboration : Work with Product Managers across various offices to align strategies and priorities. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with local marketing, sales, design, development, IT, and other teams to ensure product and project alignment. Business Case Development : Present business cases for new features or improvements based on market research and merchant feedback. Product Strategy : Define and prioritize product enhancements to drive growth and meet market demands. Performance Tracking : Monitor product performance and make data-driven adjustments. Local Solutions Ambassador : Lead efforts to integrate and improve local payment methods, acting as a bridge between local and central teams. Customer Centricity : Advocate for customer focus, ensuring product development aligns with customer expectations.
