NEO - Communication Director (Basé à Paris)
NEO is a major Group worldwide program decided by the Executive Committee - that will create common, simplified, and harmonized ways of working that will enable us to operate cross-métier processes in our plants, Countries, Zones & Divisions. By optimizing processes among divisions, NEO will allow us to support our go-to-market initiatives in a more consumer-centric and agile fashion, while improving the user experience and workloads for our teams. Laying the foundation for Beauty Tech, NEO will contribute to group performance by leveraging our data and helping transform L’Oréal into a "smart company." Today NEO Program is at a turning point: shifting from a "design & build & pilots mode" (phase 1) to a "rollout mode" (phase 2) to deploy NEO in all L’Oréal entities. HERE’S HOW YOU WILL HAVE A ROLE TO PLAY IN IT: Responsible for overseeing and directing NEO organization communication strategies on three different targets: All L’Oreal NEO employee Entities going through a NEO rollout KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that align with ONE L’Oreal transformation and formalize a consistent communication plan for: NEO for All NEO for Entities NEO for NEO Maintain and enhance NEO's brand identity and reputation Oversee the creation of engaging content for internal communication at all levels: COMEX, for entities, for employees, for NEO colleagues Lead and mentor the communication team, ensuring effective collaboration and professional development Communicate with key stakeholders (COMEX / Zone / countries / Functions) and partners to ensure consistent messaging Analyze communication effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements Direct Manager: Transformation Office Director Required Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of L’Oreal would be a plus Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies for large-scale organizational change initiatives. #J-18808-Ljbffr
