We're seeking an experienced machine learning engineer specializing in fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our team. Responsibilities: Design and implement fine-tuning strategies for LLMs Optimize model performance for specific tasks and domains Develop and maintain data pipelines for training and evaluation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fine-tuned models Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM technology Requirements: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field 3+ years of experience in machine learning, with a focus on NLP and LLMs Proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) Experience with LLM fine-tuning techniques (e.g., PEFT, LoRA, QLoRA) Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms Familiarity with distributed computing and GPU optimization Preferred Qualifications: Experience with popular LLM frameworks (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers) Knowledge of prompt engineering and few-shot learning techniques Published research or contributions to open-source LLM projects Experience with MLOps and model deployment in production environments Why Join Us?
