Head of Cybersecurity As the Head of Cybersecurity, your mission is to safeguard the company's information systems, data, and digital assets throughout their entire lifecycle. The company integrates IT, OT, and IoT uniquely: your multidisciplinary knowledge and experience from various industries will enhance the resilience of our VPP and EMS with innovative ideas and approaches. You oversee cybersecurity both strategically and operationally, coordinating, communicating, and collaborating on related activities within the organization, at the group level, and with external third parties and stakeholders. You are responsible for defining, communicating, implementing, and maintaining our cybersecurity vision, strategy, goals, plans, requirements, policies, and procedures, ensuring they align with our business objectives and are effectively executed. You supervise the application and improvement of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity frameworks and standards. Additionally, you take charge of continuous cybersecurity risk and incident management. You keep abreast of global security trends and provide updates on the current security landscape as it pertains to the organization and its business. You advise senior management on cybersecurity risks, threats, and their impact on the organization, and manage the continuous development of cybersecurity capacity and capabilities within the organization. Your profile: ~7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, including a minimum of 3 years in critical infrastructure and leadership positions. ~ Proven track record of securing and working with various technologies and effectively communicating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. ~ Relevant certifications such as CISM or CISSP. ~ Experience in securing cloud technologies and in the Secure Development Lifecycle (Secure SDLC). ~ Familiarity with SOCs and skill in enhancing situational awareness in complex environments. ~ Experience in the energy industry and/or distributed systems is a plus. ~ Fluency in English and French is mandatory. ~ Valid working permit for France or EU nationality. ~ You live 2 hours distance from Paris 2eme.
