Global Process Manager – Pioneering Innovation in Battery Manufacturing On behalf of a global leader in battery technology, we are seeking an experienced Global Process Manager to spearhead the discovery and implementation of disruptive manufacturing technologies for next-generation battery factories. This company operates in over 15 countries, with over 15 production sites and over 4,000 employees, delivering world-class batteries and systems that power critical markets across industries. Your Role: Oversee and optimise the full battery cell production process, from electrode assembly and formation and aging Develop and implement robust procedures and quality systems to ensure consistent excellence. Analyse production data to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with R&D, quality, and industrialization teams to drive continuous improvement. Manage and mentor engineers and technicians, fostering innovation and professional growth. Work with vendors to integrate advanced technologies into production workflows. Collaborate with leadership to align technical strategies with business goals. Recruit and onboard top talent to grow the team’s capabilities and diversity. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. What We’re Looking For: Leadership: 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams with a focus on collaboration and innovation. Expertise: 8+ years in process design or equipment engineering, preferably in lithium-ion battery manufacturing (fewer years considered with an advanced degree). Problem-Solving: A track record of driving process improvements, cost savings, and operational excellence. Knowledge: Experience with Lean tools, Six Sigma, PFMEA, and quality standards. Collaboration: A team player who thrives in dynamic environments and works well with diverse stakeholders. Language Skills: Fluent in English (additional languages like French are a plus).
