Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move through cities. The role you could fill: As the Commercial offer & Sales support Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of specialists focused on defining and delivering customer-centric value propositions for key accounts within the last-mile delivery (LMD) sector. This position involves cross-functional management to support co-construction efforts with key customers.  Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:   Develop sales support materials for the sales teams as a complete solution for our customers (Product, services) in close collaboration with Flexis program (Hardware) and Service & Solutions teams. Define and implement sales process to secure proper sales journey from prospection to delivery including CRM management. Plan and run co-construction project as support to operational teams. Engage in co-construction efforts with all stakeholders with our key customers, facilitating collaborative workshops and brainstorming sessions. Support key accounts project on charging infrastructure and ecosystem requirements to integrate our solution to customers operational constraints. Provide training to the Key Account Solutions team. Work as one team with other support functions at Flexis: Cross-functional work with talents of expert Actively listen to customers and give feedback to constantly adapt / improve solution offer match with customer needs both from a product and service perspective.   What you bring :   Agile and eager to learn & share. Highly engagement for sustainability transition (environment, health & safety) At least 5 years of experience in B2B and ideally in the automotive industry Experience in : management , product marketing, project management. Light Commercial Vehiule & Last mile delivery knowledge Background with E-mobility would be a plus Strong customer obsession with holistic view to build trust. Act as a real team player, promoting collaboration and support. Fluent English   You’re a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for the customer satisfaction and service quality?
