Director of Construction

As the Director of Construction, you will oversee all aspects of a single construction project from initiation through to completion. You will coordinate internal and external resources, ensure timely project delivery, and maintain safety and quality standards in close collaboration with the Design, HSE, and Quality Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop the project scope, objectives, and schedule, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and technical feasibility. - Allocate resources efficiently, managing labor, materials, and timelines. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during all phases of construction. - Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to framework conditions. - Measure project performance using appropriate tools and report to senior management as required. - Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and third-party contractors. - Oversee risk management processes to mitigate project risks. - Establish and manage the project budget to ensure financial accountability. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred). - Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are highly desirable. - Proven leadership experience in the construction industry.
