In our ongoing effort to deepen relationships with key luxury brands and to be closer to their headquarters in France, we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new subsidiary in Paris. ROLE DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Financial Director to join our new Paris office in a permanent position. This role is crucial in managing the financial, legal, and administrative operations of the Paris subsidiary and leading financial reporting activities to the Group. The Administrative and Financial Director will report hierarchically to the Managing Director of BWS France and functionally to the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Finance, Accounting & Control Oversee the company's financial, accounting, and control management. Lead all Group reporting activities, coordinating with the corporate finance team to ensure timely data collection and analysis. Serve as the main contact for third parties (accountants, lawyers, banks, IT providers). Draft financial reports and analyses to support General Management’s decision-making. Ensure the accuracy of accounting production. Develop and manage the cash management strategy. Lead continuous process improvement initiatives (particularly with ERP Furious). Operations Support the internal team on all financial and legal matters related to event production. Review and approve supplier contracts, managing Q&A with clients when needed. Arbitrate exceptions to the general terms and conditions or other agency processes. Human Resources Manage and coordinate administrative HR functions (payroll, relations with the accounting firm, taxes). Co-own the definition of quantitative objectives and the calculation of annual bonuses for teams. Co-own internal communication (with General Management). Conduct regular HR monitoring of teams, acting as a close relay for them. Manage the training policy. Legal Monitor all legal matters of the agency. Ensure the agency's legal compliance with various rules and regulations. Review and perform initial analysis of key legal documents received by the agency (NDAs, contracts, general terms and conditions). Anticipate and monitor the agency's legal needs. Strategy Participate in Executive Committee meetings. Assist in preparing the agenda and main supporting documents for Board meetings (and participate occasionally). Periodically review and analyze Public tender databases. Manage external growth initiatives, as needed. Requirements Bac+5 level education with at least 8 years of professional experience post-graduation, including significant experience as Finance Manager, Administrative and Financial Director, or experienced consultant from temporary CFO firm. Advanced knowledge in French labor law and administrative HR (especially payroll issues). Familiarity with French company administration and management practices. Initial experience in Audit or Transaction Services teams is a plus. Fluency in French and English is required. Knowledge of Italian language is highly valued. Experience in the service or digital sector is highly valued. Deep accounting knowledge, mastery of management control, and financial analysis. Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Ability to synthesize and present financial information. Capability to evolve accounting and operational processes in a growing agency. Benefits The offered salary range for this position is between €70,000 and €90,000 and will be determined based on the candidate's level of seniority and experience.
