About the team You will be part of the Commercial and Ad Operations team (ex Global Solutions Demand) which is supporting regional business units, with a global and cross-team responsibility over commercial operations, including sales operations and operational efficiency, for both programmatic and managed services activities. Team’s principles: • Balance short-term value & long-term strategy • Focus the efforts & expertises on the right topics (revenue drivers, strategic alignment) • Follow Company Strategic intent and Product intent ️ What you'll do Be an expert and project manager to drive Commercial adoption of the Equativ offering by bridging the gap between platform capability and utilization in day to day operations.Lead projects around operations, workflows, transformation and be responsible for building scalable and operable solutions that will be deployed with the support of our Sales Enablement team. Growth Optimization of all tools, platform features and other products geared towards the maximization of commercial processes. Partner with other departments and teams to help Define, Evolve, & Scale: pricing, product offering integration, daily operations including regular coordination between sales, product, legal/finance, marketing, and technical teams. Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and link strategy to operations. Facilitate transition and revenue growth in strategic areas in alignment with the company objectives. Define processes and materials such that the business can scale. Commercial Support Partner with Product Marketing and Sales Enablement Teams to support growing business and to streamline the go-to-market strategy. Help Sales and Customer Success Managers teams to exceed their revenue goals by a clear understanding of the company offering and capabilities and by presales support with product and operational expertise. Setup Sales Process Optimisation and Performance Metrics Analysis. ? About you Demonstrated ability to drive successful business outcomes with AdTech/MarTech products DSP and/or curation platform expertise Leadership and organizational abilities combined with project management skills Ability to navigate across internal teams to influence successful product and operational outcomesGrowth mindset ?
