Job Description: The Offshore Site Manager will oversee all construction activities on the offshore project site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, efficient coordination, and effective execution of tasks. The individual will work closely with contractors, project teams, and marine coordination to optimize performance, maintain safety, and meet project goals. He/she reports to the construction director. Key Responsabilités: Oversee, coordinate, and maintain work authorizations for activities on the project site. Facilitate the optimization of contractor performance and maximize productive work hours on site. Ensure compliance by reviewing project documentation, such as RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements). Manage interactions between all stakeholders onboard the floaters, with the assistance of the Marine Coordination team. Continuously monitor working procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) regulations. Identify potential conflicts or work clashes on the floaters and implement safe, practical solutions to avoid delays. Lead toolbox talks and coordinate daily meetings with installation teams as necessary. Collaborate with project teams to review schedules and work scopes, identifying areas for improvement or providing support as needed onboard the floaters. Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports. Serve as the Lead HSE representative onboard the floaters. Ensure all HSE equipment on the three FOWTs (Floating Offshore Wind Turbines) is operational, available, and certified, with assistance from the HSE team. Plan and organize offshore tasks to be conducted by the Employer, including preparation of method statements and HIRA (Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment). Handle procurement of necessary equipment when possible, including the collection of tools from designated vendors. Maintain daily communication with Offshore Construction Management to address any issues related to project access or logistics. Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding of offshore construction, particularly on floating offshore wind turbines (FOWT). Extensive knowledge of HSE regulations and standards. Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and ensure smooth project execution. Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with risk assessments, method statements, and other project documentation. Ability to lead and coordinate teams in a high-pressure offshore environment. Fluent in English and French.
